NOD: WHITNEY HOUSTON DIES AT 48

It's the kind of news that you never want to hear: THE DEATH OF ONE STAR. Because this what Whitney was- a shinning star that has managed to make the whole world brighter! It's impossible to describe in words her life and her career. Whitney will remain greater than life! She's one of the singers that you grew up with. Like Michael Jackson, she influenced our childhood, teenage and adulthood. We listened to her songs when we fell in love, broke up with somebody, when we felt sad or ecstatic. In other words, we laughed and we cried.
We all knew that Whitney has had serious problems with drug-abuse, but somehow, we all hoped she would overcome these struggles. Unfortunately, life seems to have had other plans for her.All the music world is in shock and is mourning. One of her friends and music icon, Mariah Carey, declared herself  "heartbroken and in tears over the shocking death of my friend, the incomparable Ms. Whitney Houston". Whitney's death is even more shocking as she was expected to perform at the Grammy Awards Show tonight!
What an incredible voice! What a tragic loss! MAY SHE REST IN PEACE!
