Romania's Female Fencing Team - World and European Champion!!!
For all the men out there who believe themselves macho and underestimate the woman, I have "bad " news :
Romania's Female Fencing Team is now European Champion! After these wonderful ladies managed to become WORLD CHAMPIONS last year in Paris, now they did it again! They have managed to beat Russia in the final and win the gold medal at the European Championship in Sheffield, England. The names of these amazing fighters: Simona Alexandru, Ana Maria Brânză şi Anca Măroiu.
As one guy who practiced fencing for more than 10 years, I can be only extatic about this piece of news! These are the moments when all of us should be proud that we are Romanians!

go go girls , we have the most talented sports people but they have no support from the government and sport ministry

Yep, Adelin. I practised fencing for more than 10 years. I can't say I was among the best but I enjoyed it very much. It's a very elegant and smart sport :)En garde!
