BANANA - THE FRUIT OF HAPPINESS

Have you ever wanted to find happiness and didn’t know what direction to take? Well, the answer lies on the table, right in front of your eyes. I am talking about that long yellow fruit that is waiting for you to pick it up, peel it and eat it at any moment of the day. What is it? Let’s just say that monkeys would kill for one of these. You’ve guessed it. I am talking about bananas.
     Recent studies show that a banana is equal to a daily dose of happiness. Bananas are known to contain more vitamin B6 than any other fresh fruit. This vitamin is involved in the transmission of impulses in nerves and muscles and is important in making red blood cells. It is also needed for serotonin production. Serotonin is called “the happy hormone”. It gives us a general good mood and helps us sleep better.
     Bananas are rich in vitamins. They contain vitamin C, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus (excellent for the heart!), potassium and zinc.

  1. i didn't know that banana has so much benefits...but i knew that increases blood sugar
    and is very good in treating hypoglycemia...thanx for the post!good to know all that!:)
